I agree. Some Filipino bloggers have been sued, but not actually arrested. Well, with the possible exception of the owner of BoyBastos who, surprisingly, used to be a very frequent visitor of my site back when I was still actively blogging. Imagine that with just a flick of Loren Legarda's fingers, with just a word from her, Mark Verzo was immediately arrested. But then, his personal blog wasn't the reason why he got junked, so maybe that doesn't count. (I always digress, no?) It's always a crying shame when a brave soul who wants to be heard is detained.
