need help for constructing retaining wall, the house lot was been half by typhoon pepeng, we are in short budget for buying cement, sand and gravel stones,8 families is in need for help.the house is hanging from the “bangin”.i am seeking help (october 25, 2009) for politicians specially presidents but there’s NO answers from them until now (december 9, 2009)
